Pakatan Usaha Teknik Sdn. Bhd. is located at our new office at No. 7, Block C, Bistari Centre, Jalan Hiliran, 20300 Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu Darul Iman, Malaysia. This company was registered on 1 st February 1988 in Terengganu and fully owned by 100% bumiputera shares holders.

In order to aggrandize its activities, on 11 th March 1995 Pakatan Usaha Teknik has taken the initiative to register the company under Register of Company and namely as Pakatan Usaha Teknik Sdn. Bhd. with the increase of paid up capital of RM 300,002.00 and authorized capital of RM 500,000.00.

Since then, company's registration with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor has been upgraded from ‘E' to ‘D' class (Bumiputera status) whereby we can participate in any government projects with the cost of up to RM 2,000,000.00.
